Have you tried putting vin numbers manual and see if the software will decode the vin number............? and if it does than please sand them a full data log files for the above vehicles so they can have a look where the problems is.....................

 to be honest im not that bothered about auto vin not working just as long as everything else works...

 Please collect some datalogs for our checking. Thanks.

There are cars that work. Have quite a few cars that did decoded and correctly too (Toyota Rav4, some french cars, etc. not even always newest ones).

On the other side; I also found a lot that do not decode or do read vin but then cannot decode. Response from autel on Opel at least was that only 2009 and newer models are decoded till now (even though reading is for older models as well but you cannot do anything with that, not even copy/paste to manual so you still need to write the vin down)
